Excellent tour, with a local Venetian. We enjoyed the tours of St, Mark's and the Doges Palace, glad that we had booked both of them on the same day.

Definitely add the Basilica di San Marco to your Best of Venice Tour! We really did walk right in, past long, deep lines in the midday sun - right to the walk around the dome, which was somewhat of a shock with 120-80(?) steep, almost vertical stone steps, no breaks! Oh, but it was worth it - the views are incredible. Our guide and the walk itself, beginning at the Rialto Bridge, gave us a great insight into the history and culture of Venice and pointed out places of interest to return to at leisure. Remember to try an aperol spritz at 11am!
Excellent tour and guide was first class. Took us through lesser known parts of Venice which were of great historical value together with the main attractions. Recommend this tour.
The guide was excellent and very infromative. She provided a lot of insight into the history and current life in Venice.

This is a very nice tour and we avoided two hours in line, in the heat. Our tour guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They even provided a safe place to store our backpack and bags free of charge when we went into the Basilica where they are not allowed. She stayed to answer questions at the end of the tour and we were not rushed! Well worth the money...we would highly recommend this tour!!!

I wasn't sure I wanted to do another tour by the time we got to Venice but I'm so glad we did! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide Frederica was fantastic. The Basilica is not to be missed. Make sure you sign up for the Doges Palace in addition to the Basilica. Always opt for Skip the Lines - we walked right in and the lines waiting to get in were long!
Our Guide, was brilliant. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and made sure everyone in the party was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions. The team were friendly and made us all feel very welcome. Well done.
This was the best tour we took during our entire 12 day cruise from Venice to Barcelona. Our guide was wonderful. It was really nice that his English was very clear, unlike tours in Rome or Florence.
