Venice is an amazing city and can be confusing. Our walking tour was excellent, especially since we didn't have to wait in lines. We walked to so many sites and learned so much from our guide. Our tour guide was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient
We were on the wrong side of the bridge and missed our group for St Marco. Martine helped us find our group in time for the Doge palace tour and the local staff was very helpful over the phone as well. Monica was informative.
Frederica was funny, knowledgeable and the kids remembered everything!!! Great time during the walk (it helped us navigate better alone later on too) and my husband got a crack out of her saying "Justin, Justin, help us out"... or "are you listening, Justin" with the wonderful Italian accent. I think the whole group laughed and learned much. We still talk about Federica and would recommend this Walking Tour to all who visit the labyrinth city that Venice is.
Excellent tour. I had done one of these 4 years ago but I really enjoyed this one. The tour guide was personable, knowledgeable, and adept at getting our group through the maze quickly. I especially enjoyed the visit to the upper level of S. Marco and her interpreation of the art and history at the Doges Palazzo.

Our 1st tour of the holiday. (They were all very good). The guide was very knowledgeable who made Venice come alive for us.
We opted for the Doge's Tour also, and our guide Ornella was to the task. I was amazed at the amount of information she had about Venice. From the Rialto Bridge, to the Basilica, and to the Doge's Palace, she guided us, speaking in english describing the early Venitian government and how it worked. Just amazing. She made this tour lots of fun, and we walked a lot. The "skip the Line" tour was the ONLY way to see the sites, I felt bad for those who had to stand in line to wait for hours to see what we saw. Good job.--sag
The tour was very good. It was a great introduction into what to see in Venice. The guide, Fredrika, was the best. She was knowledgable and patient and fun. She made the tour a very good experience. I would highly recommend this tour.
Our guide was a wonderful tour guide. Her accent was charming and she always wanted to show us more. If you take the walking tour of Venice, I highly recommend adding on the Doge's Palace tour. Well worth it. Wear comfortable shoes as this is a lot of walking.

Fabulous tour and a must when in Venice. It's why you're going there. The guide was fantastic and all Viator tours use ear pieces so you can clearly hear the descriptions of what you're seeing.
We had Arianna, a true Venetian, as our tour guide. It was like walking Venice with a best friend. She gave us the inside scoop of Venice. Very knowledgeable. We had a great time.
