The tour was everything I expected and more. The representatives were on time, the audio equipment worked well, the guide was well-informed, well-prepared, interesting, and pleasant. She fomented stimulating dialog. We saw things we had never seen before and made excellent use of our limited time.

We enjoyed this tour. There is so much history and our tour guide spoke very good English and was able to explain the histrory.

One of the best tours I've done, guide was excellent very knowledgeable and made the 2 hours fly by as it was all so interesting. A look at the secret itineraries added to the experience.

This tour was wonderful. It was well organized and our tour guide was so knowledgable and friendly. The Palace is a must, and this tour added immensely to our stay in Venice.

This tour was amazing!! It was small and paying the extra to see Casanova's cells was incredible! My favorite part of the tour was going above the "ceiling" and then standing below in the huge hall knowing we had just been above it! As with our other Viator Museum Tours our guide was amazing and had such passion for what she was teaching us! No question was unanswered and once again my boyfriend and father who have little museum/history interest were completely wrapped up in both! Thank you Viator!
