The Doge's Palace tour was fantastic! Our guide took the theme, the Doge's Power and Influence, explained it all while showing the palace, and did not overwhelm us with too many facts and figures. I can actually remember the content! We also used the accompanying tickets to the Correr Museum, (creative and diverse) the only museum we actually went to during our time in Northern Italy. We loved it, kept our ticket stubs, and finished it when we arrived back to Venice.Jill and George, Australia

Good tour with knowledgeable guide. Got to see everything but the arsenal, but our ticket allowed us to stay to view that, plus the ticket is good for the history museum on any other date up to three months. Radios worked well so we could hear the guide easily. Lots of stairs to tranverse of course.

The guide was excellent. It made the tour much more interesting and informative than doing it on our own.

I have given this five stars in spite of the fact that there didnt seem to be a walking tour of anything other than the Palace. The guide for this tour was superb. She was knowledgeable, friendly, spoke clearly and with authority. I cannot praise enough. A lovely experience in a truly remarkable and beautiful setting. ( Necks get a bit sore.....so many gorgeous ceilings)

Another great guided tour. Worth the cost of the entry ticket as it also always entry to a second museum within 3 months at no extra cost. Doges Palace is well worth a visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend. Our tour guide was very knowledgable about the history and was engaging. Do not think I would have appreciated the Palace as much without the guide.
