This tour was fantastic, and the guide was really good in her English and her attitude and approach.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and loved to tell us about the history of the palace. She had a passion for the paintings and art work that were in the Palace and pointed out many interesting facts and stories that were conveyed through the paintings. We enjoyed the tour very much and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

The tour guide spoke English fluently and had a great deal of information to provide to us about the Doges Palace. She pointed out and explained details that we simply would not have noticed if we had been relying upon a tour book. The secret parts of the tour were amazing to see and the general public does not have access to these areas. This is a worthwhile addition to the tour and something that cannot be seen without an organized tour.

I would totally recommend this tour. The guide had alot of knowledge and really knew what she was talking about. The secret itinerary part was fabulous and really interesting and great to see. I got so much more out of this tour than if I had gone it alone.

An excellent tour, a full two hours packed with information on the Doges Palace. It was fantastic to be able to visit some of the tiny back rooms of the palace to see where the real business of the city was done and to compare them then to the grandness of the great public halls.

Doge's Palace really touched me. It was out of this world experience. Seeing Cassanova's cell, and all the hidden secrets which Venice had to offer. You can't go past this tour. Our tour guide was absolutely superb!! Very informative.

Good guide, very knowledgeable. However, his English was poor. I found all the guides from this tour operator to have very limited knowledge of English. They know their tour, but when you ask them questions, they have a hard time understanding what you are asking. And even during the tours, they are always stopping, trying to think of a certain word in English.

Guide was amazing. Her English was very clear. The secret itinerary was so worth the tour. Also having tickets ahead of time was a great time saver. Loved the head sets. It would be helpful if the guide carried extras if one doesn't work on the tour.
Great guide and tour. It is an overwhelming experience. Lots of walking but worth the effort.
