Our guide was wonderful. We took the tour on an exceptionally hot day. She was careful to keep us in the shade as much as possible. We were very glad we took the tour.
Excellent walking tour and our guide Merco was great. He was very informative and answered all our questions. He had interesting anecdotes doubt Venice and particularly St. Mark's. I learned a lot about the Basilica itself and it's history. We were not bored for one minute. Highly recommend this tour but be prepared, it says a lot of walking and it is, and so worth it!
Very informative tour about the city and the church. I enjoyed it and would recommend.
Our tour guide gave us a very good review of St Mark's from outside. We went in for a short time which was fine because it was so crowded. The best part of the tour was the walk around the neighborhoods surrounding St Mark's Square where we learned a great deal about what it is like to live in Venice.
Our guide was wonderful. It was a rainy day and we still enjoyed the experience.
Enjoyed this very much, despite the rain. Also, our guide, while very knowledgeable, was hard to understand. Her English was okay, but not great.
This was a very good tour and as described. It was two hour tour and covered a lot of ground in that time. Our tour guide Gina was informative, congenial and a pleasure.

Though this was a short tour it did not disappoint. We quickly skipped the very long line to enter St. Mark's Basilica and the guide was very knowledgeable and animated and brought the history of the venue to life. After leaving the Basilica we took a walk through some of the streets of Venice. Because of our travel schedule we took this tour on our last day in Venice and were worried that the walking tour would be redundant but we were pleasantly surprised at how much we learned. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone heading to Venice.
Francesca was excellent. This tour is well worth the money. The tour starts at the Royal Gardens as described in VIATOR's information how ever the Royal Gardens show up under various names on different maps. VIATOR's directions from the vapporretto stop were excellent.
Our tour guide Maria was Excellent her passion for Venice showed through, and everyone would have come away knowing a lot more of this wonderful place.

A great morning seeing the main attractions in Venice with an extremely informative guide. Great value for money.
We had a wonderful guide who made the walking tour instructive as well as amusing . If this is the kind of guides you have I would recommend your tour wholeheartedly .
What we like most about this tour is that we learned more about Venice from local perspective. The people, how it started, etc. It's not just sightseeing. Well worth the time and money :
Excellent trip with a guide who was both enthusiastic and knowledgable , very worthwhile
the tour was very good, and the guide was excellent good knowledge of everything, very informative and funny with it. he made the tour.
We really enjoyed this tour, although we were surprised to hear that the 'Skip the line' tour that we booked to get into St. Mark's Basilica wasn't actually a Skip the line tour. This facility wasn't actually available until April 1st, so we had to queue up like everyone else anyhow. It was Easter weekend and very busy. Our tour guide, Sabina I think was excellent. She was engaging and interesting. However, the time we spent inside the Basilica was very limited. I'd definitely recommend booking this tour, but make sure to read the small print to ensure that you are getting what you think you're booking, i.e., skipping queues.
Really interesting, we saw so much of the 'real' Venice, lots of small squares, deserted passages and empty canals, as well as the main, and much busier, main areas.
