Excellent. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, and although the tour was long and there was very little time to rest in any location, it was well worth it. Very informative and fun.

This tour is good for orienting yourself to the city for the first time, as it provides a good overview. We just breezed through St. Mark's Basilica, which can't be avoided because the queues are so long, so they let groups jump to the head of the queue, so they can't let you stay too long.

A very good tour of Venice. Our guide was excellent. A highlight is that you get to skip the queue to get into the Basilica. Worth the price of the tour alone in my opinion.

Very nice tour, but be warned, there is a lot of standing in this tour and there are NO places to sit down even for a moment during those two hours. Still worth doing, and if you're in shape this wouldn't be a problem at all.

The tour director was good but we had difficulty hearing her when we were not directly next to her and facing her. She gave us some interesting facts.

Tour guide was difficult to understand, the quality of the audio equipment was very poor. 2 of the 20 people quit in mid tour. Equipment of my spouse had to be changed.

The guide was very knowledgeable however we were not able to "skip the line". We were told that due to "high water" our tickets were no longer valid so had to line up with everyone else. It was an hour wait!! I was recommended to come back at another time however it was inconvenient for me to do so. I didn't get to see St Mark's Basilica!! I am very disappointed.
