Very well arranged, easy to find and informative. Only slight criticisms: not long enough in St Mark's and the group was a bit too large.

This was a terrific tour with an extremely knowledgeable & articulate guide. We walked to & saw parts of the city that we would not have seen & experienced without this tour.

In general, very good. Like always, the guide makes the tour. One important item for the future, you all need to know when the Basilica is open. Part of the tour was the Basilica, but because of Holy Week activities, it was closed when we went for the tour therefore, only had half of the tour.

The tour itself was very good. Would have been great, but it rained that day and St. Mark's square was flooded. This presented us with less than favorable conditions. Our tour guide was a trooper, though, and did her best to give us a detailed perspective on the city. I would recommend this walking tour because it is easy to get lost in Venice, but if you want the real history of Venice, the interesting little tidbits that make the city real...then this is the way to go.

Our tour was a great way to learn the history of Venice in a short amount of time. We would have liked more time in St. Mark's Basilica. But the guide was very informative.

This was wonderful. The snapshot of inside the basilica really made us want to go back and explore further. Our guide was really knowledgeable without making the tour seem like a history lesson!

Interesting tour. Fascinating city. Well worth doing for some inside stories of Venice.

A good basic introduction to Venice with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide who spoke excellent English.

Our guide was a very passionate local who took us to some less touristy locations and gave us a feel of the 'real' Venice. We needed longer in the Basilica, but needed to keep moving with the crowd.

The tour was excellent, and the guide was very knowledgeable and informative. A little more time in St. Mark's Basilica would have been nice. A good start to our trip to Venice.

It's definitely a tour I would recommend to everyone visiting Venice for the first time. The guide was well informed and gave us a taste of Venice and more.

The walking tour was very informative and enjoyable but the crowds in Piazza San Marco were so dense that hearing our guide speak even with the audio headphones was challenging. But definitely worthwhile.

The tour guide knew her stuff, and we had a wonderful time on the tour. The "headset" sometimes did not work due to static.

Very informative and lets you decide places where you want to visit while on your trip. Just lasted a nice length of time.
