This was an easy walk and enjoyed getting away from the crowds and seeing the side streets. Wish there was more time spent in St Peter's and that we hadn't such a large gap between the walk and the boat, but guides were very knowledgable and led a great tour.
Venice is a fascinating city and we really enjoyed this tour. We particularly enjoyed the water taxi tour - it is the best way to really appreciate Venice. The guides were great.
This was the second time we did this trip in 2 years. It gives you a great orientation to the city and the grand canal tour is not to be missed. Worth the money for both the experience traveler and the new comer to Venice.
This tour involved a walking tour and a canal boat tour - both were wonderful. Tour guides were informative, easy to understand, and friendly. This was a nice way to see Venice if you don't have much time there, as well as learn the history and hear interesting details about many aspects of the city.
Our tour guides were friendly, spoke excellent English and were extremely knowledgeable. The tours and boat ride were very informative. I would highly recommend these tours.
Great trip !! The boat ride of the grand canal was the highlight for sure !!
The walking tour covered a great deal. Also, the Grand Canal tour was excellent. Our guide was Christina who gave us a lot of information about the buildings lining the Canal as well as the sections of the island. Even though it was raining, we had a great time!
I would recommend this tour for anyone visiting Venice. Our guide was excellent, making the tour interesting and amusing giving a real insight into the history of the City and the people. We booked this with the 1 hour boat tour which was equally well organised and informative.
Great tour tour to understand Venice. Our tour leaders were both very informative, in the Walking Tour and the Water taxi tour. The walking tour went at a comfortable pace and the use of earphone to hear the guides comments is a plus. It was raining during our Water taxi tour but this still went ahead with expert organising in a glass covered boat. Would definitely recommend this tour to first time visitors to Venice.
Our tour guide was so knowledgable, she had a large party to show off her city too.... she kept the interest up and I learned SO much about Venice and its history.... she could do with a new map though !!! Hers was falling to pieces but everything else about the tour was as I expected and more.
