This was a terrific introduction to the Grand Canal and the areas not too far from St Mark's Square. We had two female guides, both terrific -- knowledgable and energetic. I would recommend this tour, at least with these guides!

One of the best trips we have done. We were actually in a group of six and the headsets are really good so you hear everything. Water taxi ride and the walk were really informative, right length and we would recommend to everyone.

First things first, great organisation! No delays, guides and water taxi were ready for us at each location. The tours, being in small groups, allowed us to cover a lot of ground and information with excellent and dynamic guides. I really reacommend both Viator and this tour with the Doge Palace option.

Water taxi ride was very nice, aside from my husband and i, there was only one other person on both ride and walking tour. Guide was young but informative enough, friendly as well. Good ending to go to Basilica San Marco, what a great view from the top (loved the horses too), just challenging go up

Water Taxi ride was regular. The boat has very narrow windows (all closed), it's very difficult to take pictures or even turn your head to see the other side. But the walking tour was magnific! We've walked for more then an hour, with detailed explanations.

This was a good tour despite the fact that it poured rain for half of it! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about what she was telling us and remained very upbeat through the downpour! She took us to some very interesting places and we really enjoyed the visit into St. Mark's Basilica.

Unfortunatly it was hot while in Venice so a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise the tour was good. Would have liked more time inside St. Marks Cathedral. The water taxi ride was disappointing as we were inside the taxi making seeing out difficult and more hot. Could not take photos on the water taxi ride.

We stayed only 3 days and this was a very useful way of getting a good overview of the main attractions. I recommend the guided tours but doing all this in one day it’s a real “information overflow”. If you have more time that I would suggest spread out your visits for multiple days and give yourself the time to really visit and appreciate the details.

The meeting place was 30 feet from the bridge and due to the crowds it was almost impossible to find. The first part of the tour was a bit boring on the boat. The second part, walking, was wonderful. she did a great job. We loved Venice!
