This tour was amazing! Daniel was very knowledgeable and interesting. The van was a bit squishy for 8 people but we had a good group so it didn and #39;t cause any problems.
This is one of the most beautiful areas we've seen! Our guide, Giovanni, greeted us as we arrived at the appointed spot, shared his expert knowledge with humor and charm, understood our needs, and gave us ample time to explore and take pics. From the gorgeous scenery to the grappa and prosecco tastings to the quite delicious and lovely lunch, we made memories that will make us smile whenever we think of northern Italy. Thank you for a beautiful day! Barbara
Our guide, Giovanni from Avventure Bellissime made our day thoroughly enjoyable, and we highly recommend this tour! He was extremely informative and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and considerate - and fun. The hill towns are beautiful, and our day was capped off with a delightful Prosecco tasting. Although lunch wasn't included, we opted to share a meal with Giovanni in a restaurant he recommended - wonderful local food and service, and a relaxing way to learn even more about the culture and people. All in all, a wonderful, entertaining day - and well worth the time and money.
We loved our visits to the small towns and Villa Barbero, the grappa and prosecco tasting, and lunch in Asolo. Giovanni informed and entertained us with his knowledge and wit. It was a long day and well worth it.
This was my last day in Italy and it was a perfect finale. Giovanni was great well informed, entertaining and thought provoking. Each town was delightful, and the prosecco tasting was a fun and relaxing way to end the day. The scenery was spectacular, the company delightful and the experience was charming.
Loved this tour! My husband and I were very happy. We saw 3 different towns and things in between. Whenever we saw a beautiful town on a hill, we went there, it seemed. Our guide and driver Justin was very knowledgeable and was also very happy to take our pictures against the beautiful scenery. Justin took us to a sweets shop in Marostica that had cheap and delicious desserts and coffee, and also sampled grappa at Poli in Bassano free. The prosecco vineyard was great! Sampled 4 or 5 different varieties and heard from the owner about the vineyard that has been in his family for 500 years.
My husband and I had been on a cruise prior to this excursion and would rank this tour at the top of all our experiences on our 2 week trip. Absolutely recommended!
I think this tour is a must for anyone who visits Venice. It was wonderful! It was a long day but the places we visited were just spectacular. It was also great to escape the hustle and bustle of Venice and breath in the country air. At the restaurant which was recommended by our guide we had one of our best meals in Italy. It was very inexpensive too. Thank you to our driver/guide Justin for a wonderful day.
Marco, our driver and guide, was fantastic - very knowledgeable, humorous, accommodating! It was great to see so many interesting and beautiful places in the Veneto countryside. The grappa and protect tastings were a bonus.
This was a great trip! Our guide was very personable and extremely informative. The town's you visit are amazing and we enjoyed the Prosecco. This tour gave us the opportunity to get outside of Venice and see the countryside.
Best way to see the country side, Marco was a great guide, shared a lot of information about the villages we visited. Grappa and Prosecco part of the tour was outstanding. Lunch at a rustic restaurant in a small village was truly a foodie experience.
Excellent Itinerary.Surprised at the beauty, helped by excellent weather.
Marco is a very friendly and helpful tour driver
Service is on a shared water taxi. This was our second time around, and wait time averaged 15 minutes, not bad. The ride itself is quite an exciting entry into Venice and we were dropped off directly at our hotel's landing.
I would do this trip a million times! Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a great personality! Thumbs, up to Anaatonelli, for the great job! I loved all the Medievil Towns, the Chiani Lunch at the Farmers vineyards and SanGiamigiana. It was nice to see the leaning tower of Pisa, was still standing! Mille Grazie!
Amazing - AMAZING tour!! The guide was wonderful and really personalized the trip to the 8 of us in the group. I was not familiar with this part of Italy, but I like it more than Tuscany. The restaurant we went to was also great. - The private Presco tasting was the very educational the setting was beautiful. .
Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The trip went through lovely towns and I liked that there were only 8 people, which allowed some flexibility. It was a pleasure to get out of the crowds in Venice and see something of the countryside. Of course, tasting wine is always a pleasure, and there were affordable bottles to purchase also at the vineyard.
Tour guide was knowledgeable and personable. Trip provided interesting locations. A very good value.
Giovanni was absolutely stellar! We loved this tour and it was the highlight of our trip to Venice. He made the history come alive through his knowledge but he was also charming and funny. I would highly recommend this tour!
Wonderful! The the country side, the towns, the places, the events and of course, our guide Marco were expectantly perfect. What a great day!
We were met at the Tronchetto stop by our friendly guide. OUr van was full with friendly folks. Outstanding tours, friendly guide, relaxing pace, delicious lunch, and just a wonderful time. It was so nice to get out of Venice and see the real Italy. Highlights were the grappa museum, lunch in Asolo, and the villa. HIghly recommended.
We really had a wonderful tour. The guide was a real gentleman and took great care of us. We loved these small towns and their history. I recommend to everyone to take this tour especially if you are a wine lover.
Daniel, our driver and guide was excellent. The villages provided quite a variety of experiences for our group. For me the group lunch in Asolo was the highlight.
