A guide was waiting at the airport as we arrived with a board with our name on then walked with us to the boat. Didn't realise the boat was just for the two of us!! Amazing way to arrive in Venice - loved every minute!

We were met and taken to our water taxi n dropped right near our hotel. It was great as its easy to get lost in Venice.

After flying all night tired and never having been to Venice your company was wonderful meeting us at the airport and seamlessly delivering us to the front door of our hotel. No stress, no hassle, perfect. Thanks for the wonderful service

Thank goodness we hired our own water taxi - no need to worry about luggage, our arrival time or route numbers etc. Enjoy the views - take some pictures and throw your concerns in the canal. Door to door service is magical !!

The best investment. Having a guide take us to the water taxi, having the private ride with all our luggage and someone to help manuever the square for us and take us to the front desk of the hotel was simply delightful. We had difficulty finding the desk at Marco Polo Airport and most folks that we asked did not know what we were referring to - we found a ticket agent who directed us towards the water taxi desks and we then were able to easily identify our check in point. I would recommend this way to travel to your hotel destination.

Very much worth the price. Our guide was waiting for us as planned and walked us to the boat landing and aboard a water taxi. She stayed with us all the way until we were at the reception desk of our hotel. Great way to arrive in a strange city, o hassles and no asking for directions. And it was like a mini tour on the trip to the hotel. She pointed out many sights and told us a lot of interesting details. Well worth the price for this service.

Excellent service, particularly given we had a delay due to 2 people in our travelling party not getting their luggage from the airline. Your staff could not have been more understanding or helpful.

Prompt and friendly service!!! We were of course tired after our arrival and it was so nice to just have someone there to take care of everything for us. It was a very short walk to boat dock and a quick 30 min ride to the hotel. The experience was truly worry-free and exceeded my expectations!
