Absolutely no problems. The person was waiting for us and we had no problems getting to our hotel.
Everything went as planned.The guide was an excellent young lady full of local knowledge and the water boat was in excellent condition with a helpful taxi driver.We are very glad we spent the extra money on the private transfer as there was no waiting time

wow what a brilliant way to arrive in fact the only way to arive and a lovely girl picked us up and gave us a lovely talk through the Grand canal and the little canals before taking us to our hotel and picked out good eateries on the way totally memorable way to begin brilliant!!
We were met at the airport, led to the water taxi by a guide (which can be confusing for some as we saw first hand) and taken directly to our hotel. Very professional, would highly recommend for first timers to Venice as your Hotel may not be at your drop off point!

If you are coming to Venice by air, treat yourself to this and feel like Angelina Jolie in "The Tourist". Being delivered right to our hotel allowed us to feel our way into Venice, without lugging suitcases behind. Your best chance to feel like a movie star.

The tour operator was on time and was waiting for us at the baggage claim. We went straight to the water taxi directly to our hotel. The tour operator ensured we checked in properly. This was a necessary tour since I was not familiar with Venice.
The transfer personnel were waiting at arrivals for me as promised. Quick, safe and attentive service all the way to the door of my hotel. Ideal for women traveling on their own like myself.
