We were really pleased with this transfer. The guide was early which was great and she helped with luggage and knew exacltly where to go for the water taxi. She was very pleasant and answered any questions we had . This was an excellent end to our time in Venice.

We had a very early flight out of Venice. Our water taxi was already waiting when we walked out the door. The transfer to the airport to smooth and seemly. This is the first time I have used either viator or a transfer in venice and I was impressed by both. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to my friends.

People very helpful, a bit confusing to find the right people to deal with. Also not ideal to need to re-confirm the booking with the local travel company, requires 24 hour confirmation via phone.

We had a 5am pickup, and while the faxed instructions we received on where to meet the water taxi had us on the other side on of a canal from where the water taxi stopped, it was not a big issue as we were the only ones out on the Riva degli Schiavoni! The water taxi came over to pick us up and they had a taxi waiting at the dock to run us up to the airport. Overall, couldn't have asked for more.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and smooth-running of the airport departure transfer. All staff were very pleasant, efficient and spoke English. I would recommend it even though it is a little extravagant !

This was a nice service but after utilizing the arrival meet and greet I don't really think it is worth it when leaving. The walk from the boat ramp to the departure hall is easy enough and it is no problem locating your ticket counter. It is a nice service though and worth it if you want someone along to make sure you get where you want to go. And to help with your luggage!
