This was very expensive compared to public transportation. We had reservations at a hotel by St. Mark's square which has waterway access, Because of my husband's COPD this was much easier then draging luggage up and down steps and bridges to try and find the hotel. We were on a ship for 18 days and had a total of 8 pieces of luggage between the 3 of us. This was so easy other then the fairly long walk to the water taxi. I highly recommend this if you or any one with you has any kind of physical handicap. They handled all the luggage and stop right at the hotel.

We were met at the port and we were taken to our Hotel in Venice at St Mark's Sq. The representative from Viator made sure that we did not have to carry any luggage and arranged for a porter. From port to hotel. Could not have asked for anything better.

WOW! We were collected from the cruise port by a lovely English speaking lady who took us from the disembarking point to our water-taxi; and what a taxi. Gleaming timber, cute driver, took us to the back door of our palace, and that isn't an exageration, we stayed in a palace hotel in the Royal Suite OMG!
Transfers were excellent and would definitely book via Viator again.

Right on time -- easy, efficient, and more affordable than anything else we saw! Will use Viator for all of my travel transfers now! Our host was great -- she brought us right to the hotel and provided some history of Venice along the way.

The transfer was trouble-free and very convenient from the cruise port to the hotel. I would make the same arrangement on my next visit to Venice.

We were met at the scheduled time after our cruise. The hostess took us to the dock where we boarded our water taxi, which took us directly to our hotel. Very easy transfer.

We were grateful we'd booked this service as it was pandemonium with about seven cruise ships arriving around the same time and everyone looking for transport. The guide met us at the ship, took us to the taxi dock and arranged for us to board our particular taxi.

This was quite expensive but well worth it. Watching all the water taxi's come into port was good fun. We had our taxi to ourselves and it took about 20 minutes to get to our hotel. Best way to enter Venice if you can afford it.

We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, about five minutes before our scheduled meet time. She prepared us for our 20 minute walk from the cruise terminal to the departure pier. She also assisted with our luggage. We asked about directions to our hotel, once we reached St. Mark's Square and she drew a map for us, explaining the location in good detail. Our hostess waited with us until our water taxi arrived and made certain that we were on board, before leaving us. The water taxi pilot was very polite. He opened the overhead window and invited us to enjoy the sites as we made our way to the pier. The water taxi was very clean. It was a very easy connection to make.
