The tour guide was very good with information about Venice in general as well as the ghosts. However, you lose points on the organization as it was chaotic. You need to be able to clearly identify the person dealing with the tour, which was unclear, and you need to stagger the start times if there are a lot of people on the tour.

The kids loved it, and it was good entertainment. We saw parts of Venice we would have never seen if we didn't go on the tour. Liked the history aspect but the ghost stories were silly.

Great trip, takes you down little alleyways you'd never have gone down. Thought the stories would be more scary, but they were very tame!!!

This was a terrific tour-learned a lot of important 'factoids' about Venice in addition to the scary, ghosty stuff. We learned, importantly to not order the stew in a restaurant.

Our guide was friendly, personable and aware that not everybody could hear well. The tour was very good, very informative, and not too long for comfort. I would recommend this tour to others.

A fun perspective on Venice! Without a lot of nightlife within Venice it was nice to do something different. You get the chance to go down some back alley ways that otherwise you would have never seen.
