Venice gondola ride was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the 730 ride which took us down the grand canal and then behind several historic buildings. Simply grand!

Gondola ride and serenade is the must for the visit of Venice. Absolutely loved it!!!

Magical experience of floating past wonderful buildings and then down smaller canals under bridges. Marvelled at the skill of gondoliers who steer with extraordinary precision. Would definitely recommend, even though a very touristy thing to do. Slightly cheesy music, but whole trip had a unique atmosphere as unavailable anywhere else in the world.

It does what it says on the tin. A romantic serenade down Grand Canal and some of the side canals, amazing!!! Get there early as we did because they load the music gondola first with 8 people, we happened to be the 7th & 8th people there so were sitting right in front of the musicians it was almost like a personal serenade!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Venice, but do it later i.e. 1930 as it'll be a little cooler! If you had a spare bit of cash for one thing alone I would spend it on this.

The gondola ride was a perfect way to end our first day in Venice.

There were six of us. We fit in one boat. The gondolier gave both my sons a chance at being gondolier. About a 50-minute ride. Well worth it.

The gondola ride was really nice. It was a nice enjoyable ride for the early evening. We especially enjoyed the person singing and the person playing the accordion. We rate it two thumbs up!!!!

Absolutely awesome! We were in the gondola with the musician and singer. Our ride ended up lasting a good 45 minutes. It was such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this excursion!!!

This was a cost-effective and fun way of doing a gondola ride. However, travel must be down this year because there were an endless supply of gondolas available. I did love this; however, knowing what I know now, I would go ahead and splurge and do a private ride.

This was a highlight. Relaxing and enjoyable. Shared the boat with 4 others who were lovely people. Great way to finish the day. I recommend you take some wine.

The gondola ride met my expectations. The gondolier was very cordial and humorous, and the serenade from the other boat was great. The guy even had a microphone and an accordion accompaniment.

This was a great, relaxing tour of Venice's canals. It didn't bother us a bit that there was a "flotilla" of about eight other gondolas. It was worth every penny!
