This was a wonderful experience. Viator handled everything perfectly. Our train was late arriving and we were unable to make our initial reservation. Our hotel called Viator, and they rescheduled everything with ease. Dealing with Viator is the best way to plan activities when going on vacation!

We were fortunate to be in the same gondola as the singer. It made the trip!! The sights were wonderful and the entertainer had a wonderful voice, so the trip was like being in a movie. Wonderful job.

This was so much fun even though we did it in the rain. It was beautiful and the singing was great, it lasted a good hour. An experience everyone should do. Just be prepared when you go to Venice to get lost! Otherwise it was awesome.

Do not leave Venice without experiencing this gondola ride! Absolutely charming city & traversing the canals on a gondola is a memory we will treasure forever. We were cruise ship guests, & the cruise line offered this for much more than Viator's rate. The location was not difficult to find--between two prominent hotels. Our ride began on time. I was hoping we would experience part of the ride at sunset & part in total darkness, but daylight savings time had just ended & the entire ride was in darkness, but it was gorgeous out there with the city's lights reflecting off the water. The gondola was absolutely beautiful & we sat in the back, which I think is the best seat for a couple. There were 4 others on the ride with us. Our ride lasted a little over 45 minutes. Our gondolier was very courteous & friendly. He pointed out Mozart's home to us during the ride. We traveled in a group of 4 gondolas & while the serenade was performed on another gondola, there was no problem hearing his beautiful voice--he sang loudly & passionately. We even recorded part of the serenade on our camera to savor on another occasion. The weather was perfect with a slight nip in the air. Highly recommended. Do not hesitate to book this memory for yourself!

Great trip and the highlight of the weekend. Easy to find and great value compared to the rest of Venice! Well recommended.

The musicians on the gondola were wonderful; the singer had a memorable voice as we glided along on the Grand Canal and on smaller canals. It truly was a fabulous experience. We heard and saw no other gondolas with music. People walking and on bridges stopped just to listen as our singer was that good.

Very good. We had four gondolas in a flotilla, with music in just one, but we all stayed close by, so we did benefit from the music even though it was not in our gondola.

This was excellent; the music and ride went smoothly, and it was good value for money. The evening ride was perfect and very romantic!

If you aren't sure you want to book an excursion through an outside company, not to worry. We had a great experience! Everything went smoothly, and we got exactly what we paid for. We will book again through Viator. We booked it at a good price and printed the tickets, and it was not difficult at all to find our way from the cruise terminal to the location. The ride and serenade were definitely worth doing, and we ran into gondoliers on the street charging a lot more per person with no serenade.

It was amazing. Loved every minute of it. Our 3 year old talked about the gondolas the whole trip. The serenade was lovely.

Singers were romantic and lovely, as is Venice. The ride up the Grand Canal and the return along the inside were absolutely unforgettable!

We were very pleased with the gondola ride and serenade. The boatman were very helpful in getting us into the gondola. The ride through the small canals was just what we were looking for and the serenade as we went down the Grand Canal was great.

We were part of a convoy of 7 gondolas, with the lead gondola supplying the music and singing. A beautiful evening. It was indeed well worth the expense!! Recommended!!
