This was an excellent efficient way to get to our hotel, out plane was late but they still waited for us. I wouldn't bother with the return link option as they insist on picking you up 4 hours before your departure, spending 3.5 hours at the airport NOT WORTH IT!

our flight was 7 hours late so we arrived in the dark but the guy on the boat was most helpful and it was very exciting arriving in the dark .

Easy to find at the airport we had to wait about 10 mins and then walk to the dock. The transfer was very quick and exciting.

Absolutely brilliant! what a way to leave the airport. It was very straightforward at the airport and we were shown to our boat. There were only 4 of us on the boat and it was such a lovely way to enter Venice. We were dropped outside our hotel, such a lovely service and will defo be using next time we go to Venice :)

Our flight was at 6:30 in the morning and they picked us up at 4:30 admist high waves and windy conditions and got us to the airport in no time flat with no problems! Thank you!!

This made arrival to Venice so easy. After exiting the airplane, just go to the counter indicated on the voucher and they direct you to the water taxi which is waiting. Couldn't be easier!

Holiday was amazing. Scenery spectacular. To be somewhere without roads, cars etc was great. On the downside, there were a lot of complaints about the gangs of street sellers everywhere with there fake bags also men trying to sell you lumps of jelly that "splat" on the path or firing night lights into the sky .As if you need them.

Although it's quite a hike to get from the airport to the boats it was a fairly easy walk. We waited longer than the 30 minutes, even after all parties were gathered. The boat driver was helpful and willing to drop off wherever you needed. Definitely worth it.
