Even though the flight was 3 hours late and arrived at midnight, they waited behind to collect us and whisk us quickly to our hotel whilst others we heard had an epic trying to get to Venice.

Everything worked well. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The water taxi office in the airport directed us to the water taxi area. When we reached the water taxi area, the taxi operator knew our names, was expecting us, and was very helpful with our luggage and got us as close to our hotel as possible. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

Our name clearly displayed at arrival point, all arrangements carried out efficiently which was much appreciated due to our late night arrival. We were contacted at our hotel the day before our departure confirming details of our pick-up time and again we were collected promptly and delivered to the airport without any problem and in plenty of time to check in for our flight. Would certainly recommend this transfer particularly for late night arrival or anyone not knowing the city. Would use again if the occasion arose.

Although our flight was 2 hours late and we missed our water taxi, the representative was waiting and had arranged for us to join a later one. Excellent service. Didn't expect to be left at a landing stage with a vague map showing how to get to hotel. Written instructions would have been very helpful, particularly at 1am. The long trek with heavy suitcase in the dark through alleyways was a bit scary.

After finding the desk and getting the staff interested enough to process our reservation, we were told to wait and then called back when our traveling companions arrived. Long walk to the dock but an excellent, and fun, experience with the boat ride! Strongly recommended.

Somewhat expensive compared to public transportation, but definitely convenient if this is your first time visit.

Because we were on a late flight, the boatmen were keen to get home, and so we did not have to 'share' a water taxi - which is what we had paid a reduced price for! Also, we left very promptly and were delivered to the bridge next to the hotel. All-in-all, very good for a late night arrival, but might not be so speedy earlier in the day.

A great way to arrive in Venice and saves waiting for the ferry. We got a good look around the canals before we arrived at our stop.

Slightly confusing at the airport meeting the rep, however once on board a delightful trip being dropped of last and viewing most of the canals, bridges on route. Very good value.
