Wonderful way to arrive in Venice. Our hotel was near Santa Lucia station on the Grand Canal and are so glad we decided to arrive by water. It was a shared transfer with one other couple. Amazing ride would highly recommend it.

It is a bit of a walk to the water taxi from the airport terminal, and finding the Kiosk responsible for Viator taxi was not easily marked, but after asking for directions we did find it. The water taxi boat was beautiful and well kept. We had a scenic ride through the waterways with 2 other couples. Lots of room and private, unlike the crammed public water taxis. The boat operator was very nice, dressed professionally and well groomed. He assisted us with our luggage and transfers on /off the boat. Highly recommended as a way to see the canals and scenic views of Venus as you enter the city to get to your destinations. The only drawback is that they cannot stop right at your hotel and you are left to find your accommodations pulling your luggage behind you as you walk through the narrow streets from your drop off point. Make sure you have specific directions to your hotel prior to leaving from your predetermined drop off point. Makes it easier to find your way. Overall we would do it again just for the scenic ride. Well worth the money.

WE HAD ROUBLE FINDING WHERE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GO INITIALLY BUT IN THE END EVERYTHING WORKED OUT PERFECTLY.

Negative: Had to wait about 25 minutes to get a boat load. Positive: Boat and people associated with the transfer were outstanding! Would use this transfer again.

Very nice to know we had transportation. They dropped us off right by our accommodations. After a long flight that was good. It was a wonderful entrance to the city and start of our trip.

First class, Arrived at Marco Polo airport and found kiosk without any problems. Given instructions from operator and dispatched with 4 other couples to pick up point which was approx 5 min walk away.
Journey from port to Venice to about 20 mins and fortunately we were the last of 4 destinations. This meant we got a grand tour of the sights of Venice prior to arriving at out hotel the San Clemente Palace. This took approx 1 hr but was very enjoyable and did not seem to last this long. All added to what was a wonderful trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I would highly recommend this type of transfer through Viator to anyone visiting Venice.
