Excellent, friendly service. Easy to use. Drop off at closest point to my hotel. Check-in booth could use better signage.
The ideal way to travel from the airport to Venice. Only 3 other couples on our boat so we felt like film stars. Got to travel down the Grand Canal and get our first taste of Venice as we were dropped off last. Highly recommended and good value for money.
I would definitely recommend using this transfer when traveling to Venice. It takes s few mins to walk to the water taxi from the airport but it is well worth it.

Very good airport transfer, it was easy to find the check in desk and boat to the hotel, it was also good value as Taxi's in Venice are really expensive.

Best way to approach Venice. We were last on the boat to reach our hotel so we got to see alot of the Venice before we disembarked. Only problem was our hotel at San Marco square couldn't be reached via small canals. So had to hire a porter to handle luggage. Even that turned out well.
After a long flight from Australia this was simply the easiest and least stressful way to arrive in Venice, a great service.
This was the perfect transportation to our hotel in Venice. Our name was displayed on a counter window which made it easy to find the location of our guide to the taxi. Very efficient and on time. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Will use this service again. Thanks!!!

Once into the arrivals hall the water taxi desk was just slightly to the left in front of us - so easy to find with our name displayed on the front of the desk. We only had a wait of about fifteen minutes and we shared the boat with two other people off our flight. It was a lovely fine night and the journey into Venice was absolutely delighful. We were dropped off very close to our hotel with the driver pointing out the way. A great experience and the only way to arrive in this wonderful city.
Only 1 other couple in the boat so was extremely rapid !
No problems, better signs would help to find where they are located.
