This is the way to go to the airport. We forgot to call the taxi driver 24 hours before our scheduled pickup time to reconfirm the pickup, but he was there at 4:10 AM right on time and we were able to get our early flight.

Excellent service which we would recommend to our friends. We had the boat to ourselves from the airport to Venice and had to pick one couple up on the way back to the airport. That was great too because we had the chance to have an extra tour through the small canals of Venice. Would highly recommend your service.

We are very happy with the service provided. The water taxi driver contacted us the day before to confirm place and pick up time, he even agreed to pick us up at a boat station closer to the hotel so we didn't have to roll our luggage to one of their meeting points. He picked us up on time at 5:45am and in about 15-20 min we arrived to Marco Polo Airport. The driver was very nice and a pro driving his boat. Thanks! Although the service is a little pricey I think it was worthy our money because our flight departure time was 7:00am, I don't want to imagine what we would have had to do to get to the airport by ourselves without this transfer that early in the morning. The transfer was great for an early departure from Venice. We were picked up on time and were delivered straight to the Airport saving a lot of time. There was a mix-up in our pick up point though.

Perhaps one of the highlights! Our flight left at 7 am, and the taxi picked us up at 5. The hotel confirmed the night before, and the hotel clerk and the taxi driver decided to change the pickup spot to immediately outside our front door - perfect service. The ride was beautiful, the canals were empty and smooth, and we felt like we had a private tour of the Venetian waterways!

Lost ticket for return leg but Viator agent sorted out straight away and surpassed our expectations. Compared to the private water taxi firms this was a much better option and a fraction of the price.

My wife and I were totally pleased with the transfer from Venice to the airport. The water taxi arrived at the pickup spot on time, and the pickup location was very close to our hotel--very convenient and important if you have a lot of luggage. The water taxi driver helped load and unload our luggage and was friendly, and we had a wonderful scenic ride to the Venice airport.

Confirmation of pickup in Venice was easy. Boat arrived right on time and was a beautiful ride to the airport where porter service was available right to the departure terminal.

I had more baggage than what was allowed and also didn't want to carry it over bridges to meet the boat, so we called and paid extra to have a water taxi pick us up at our hotel. However, it was quite easy to do this and we were very satisfied with the service.

The boat was on time at 4:15 am, and the connection was accomplished early. We should have been advised that someone else would meet the boat and request 20 euros to take us 2 blocks to the terminal. We felt really taken advantage of on that transaction.

Driver was on time. Trip was very pleasant. We were the only fare at the hour we needed to be at the airport. Took away the worry of getting ourselves to Venice airport. Thank you for the confirmation delivered to our hotel two days before our departure.
