Great to be picked up at the hotel, but 10 people in water taxi with luggage was a bit much!
Hotel to airport. On time, fast and easy. Next trip--Tokyo. Can't wait to go your Mt. Fuji day trip during cherry blossom time!
We did not receive a call from the water taxi company the day before our trip to the airport in Venice,
We thought, every booking with Viator has been great, so why not this one. Sure enough at 0620 the water taxi pulls up at the Rialto Bridge and calls out our name.

Boat was where we were told it would be and on time. In fact 5 minutes early. Shared with one other couple so only 5 of us in the transfer. Would recommend and use again
This seemed to be the ideal way to get to Marco Polo Airport from Lido. In a word - Brilliant. The pick up was on time and got us to the Airport in plenty of time to book in. There was 6 of us on board and all agreed it was a great way to end the holiday. It is certainly the most unusual Airport journey we have ever had. Great value. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this enough!! It is definitely worth the price. Very efficient and an amazing ride. So much more fun (and unique!) than travelling by car. And it drops off right @ the airport.

Great way to get to the airport. Pick up was very close to our hotel and right on time. We got to the airport in plenty of time.
What a way to leave Venice!
We were picked up at a close meeting point to our hotel, we used a porter from our hotel and he took us straight to the correct boat; which was waiting for us at the appointed time. It was a straight-forward and prompt trip to the airport and we were on our way home.
The transfer was great, no problems but a little early pickup.
