Easy and convenient. Your luggage is handled completely. All you do is walk to the boat!
Right on time. Very easy transfer. Fun to have a private (though bumpy) ride to our hotel. Felt very VIP. Thanks. Highly recommend.
Excellent service, agent was waiting with name board when we came through. Helped with our bags and took us straight to waiting water taxi. He was very helpful with travel tips for our short stay.
Water taxi was about 30 mins, as told. Straight to our hotel landing .
Would recommend to first time visitors to Venice, we were in hotel within an hour of landing !
We were met by a very pleasant employee as soon as we retrieved our luggage. The water taxi was waiting for us. Very effecient.
AMAZING!!!! couldn't have been better. right there waiting for us. fantastic boat. really fun. and right to the hotel lobby service. was really worth the money. so much fun and what a great way to start our trip!
There really is no better way to get to your hotel than be greeted in the arrivals hall and escorted to the check in desk of your hotel. We were greeted by our beautiful guide who led us from the airport to the waiting speedboat which then whisked us away to our hotel door step.
As we arrived at night the opportunity to take in the wonderful views was limited by the lack of daylight, however that didn't stop my wife and i from feeling like movie stars (George Clooney was married in Venice the day before and snapped in the very same type of boat). The journey for us was no more than 30 minutes but at that time of night after a flight the last thing you want to do is mess around with taxis and trains. There is no easier, hassle free nor more romantic way of getting to your Venice Hotel than by private transfer! Oh, well done too Viator for making it all so easy to book on line!
This was a fantastic start to our holiday. We were greeted at the airport, our luggage was whisked away to the boat and then we had about a 5 min walk with our guide to the boat. The sun was shining and we felt as if we were in a Bond movie as we flew across the water (25 mins) to our hotel on the Grand Canal. Worth every penny, wonderful start to the holiday.
Made the trip to the hotel easy, especially since we had been traveling for over 14 hours
Venice was the beginning of our vacation and we couldn't have been more pleased with the Private Arrival Transfer from Airport to Hotel. The Viator rep met us right outside baggage claim, led us to a counter where a porter took our heavy bags and led us to our water taxi. The porter met us at the taxi with our luggage and helped to load the taxi. The water taxi transported the four of us, with our luggage right to the door of the hotel. Later, seeing tourist try to get their luggage up and down stairs in order to get to their hotels made us all the more grateful for the outstanding service provided by Viator and this private transfer. Thank you for getting our vacation off to a terrific start! Because we were escorted like VIP's, we had the energy to start our Venice experience early. After a 10 hour airplane flight, it was most appreciated.
Our experience was great. Our guide was waiting on us and walked us to the dock to get on the water taxi. He was very friendly and explained us about Venice! I would highly recommend this service.
Rep was waiting as we exited baggage claim with or name on her sign and took directly to our hotel.
Viator representative was waiting when I arrived. Very courteous, helpful and professional. After a very long and tiring flight it was very nice to have assistance getting to my hotel.
I had a very early departure out of Venice. Viator representative was on time and escorted me right to security.
We had meet and greet at the Venice airport. The guide was there to meet us and helped us get to the water taxi. We enjoyed our water taxi ride to the Hilton Molino Stucky.
