This sunset tour was pretty good. It was my third time to Venice and this cruise offers to see many other places in Venice that I never knew existed. The description of the tour is a little misleading, however. Since we went close to the summer solstice, the tour actually ended about an hour before sunset. However, the timing did work out since it concluded at dinner time. The luxury boat description is misleading as well. The boat that we used for this cruise is just a water taxi boat. It's nice, but nothing spectacular. Also, only 4 people maximum can be outside, all others in the group must be inside. The tour guide was friendly, very knowledgeable and courteous.

The venue to meet the cruise was badly organised. Spent a lot of time trying to find the courier. There was no welcome on board. There was no eye contact the whole trip. A bottle of sparkling wine unopened was sent back to my partner and I with 4 plastic cups. Ourselves and our fellow passengers could not hear hardly any of the commentary due to poor speaker system connected from a mike by cable to a single speaker. There was no food which was advertised for this trip. No farewells after the cruise. Saying all that we did enjoy the cruise but everything else was very amateurish and no customer care.

We couldn't hear the commentary, poor food choices, not well run guide was not helpful.
