Easy fuss free transfer to port with our luggage. Pick up very close to our hotel and NCL staff were there to take our cases, Would highly recommend this transfer.

Excellent - we had a short walk to the canal as most tourists do - the pick up was on time at the designated location - we were dropped off at the door step of our embarkation location for the cruise and that save a lot of sweat and grief - we were met by cruise staff at the dock and they took our bags to the ship - the transfer made a pleasant start to our cruise.

We had an excellent experience. We had to change our departure time at the last minute, and the agent was very helpful and we were able to secure a time only an hour off of our preferred time. Everything worked out great. Our water taxi pilot arrived exactly at 4pm local time, just as we requested. He was friendly and helpful, and we were at the cruise port inside of 20 minutes. We were travelling with two other people, and they also were happy with the water taxi service. One thing to keep in mind - if you're staying at a hotel near San Marco, the drop off point is called "Todaro." There's no sign for Todaro, but no worries - it's the dock right next to the "San Marco" sign. Just go to San Marco pier, and ask for "Todaro/Bucintoro Viaggi." and you'll be fine. Also - be sure to print our your voucher and bring it with you and give to the water taxi pilot. Our only regret is that we need more vacation time so that we can do this again. Thanks again to the people at Bucintoro Viaggi for such great service! We hope to visit Venezia again very soon!

The service was worth every penny. We didn't have to worry about fighting crowds on the water bus and which stop to get off on. The only issue was that it was a little confusing waiting for the water taxi since it was 15 minutes late, we were unsure if you were at the right location. Otherwise, it was a nice experience and convenient.
