The best experience of our trip! Absolutely beautiful city. Wear comfortable shoes. Defiantly go in the spring, the water didn't smell like everyone told us it would. Souvenirs were cheaper and of higher quality in Venice than in Florence or Rome so buy the most there.

This is the perfect tour if you want to ride the famous gondolas in Venice but do not want to pay the full fee for 40 minutes. The tour guide was very informative. You do have to share the gondola, and each gondola holds 6 people. But this definitely did not matter as a ride in a gondola is must-do when in Venice.

The city tour was good, our guide was great and very nice. But this is worth it just for the 40-minute gondola trip, as they cost so much otherwise.

An enjoyable excursion. The guide was very knowledgeable and the trip on the gondola was loved by my two children. Excellent value.

The mini tour took us around the back streets to show 'hidden' parts of the city, and the gondola ride was well worth the wait!

Enjoyed the tour. Good way to have a gondola ride without breaking the bank.

The tour was very informative, and the gondola ride was very relaxing. It would have been even better if I had been able to sit directly next to my wife during the gondola ride. I would definitely recommend the tour to others.

Great value - the walking tour was very worthwhile and a gondola ride a "must do" except the gondolier we had showed no interest in communicating with his passengers and all of the time chatting to other gondoliers.

The tour leader was delightful and interesting, however needs a new sound system it was very hard to hear her, the Gondola ride was a dream. Didn't get the free Gelati as advertised on your website, you might want to check that apparently they don't do that any more!

Our guide was friendly but focused on a couple people who she knew from another tour. Too often she was conversing with them rather then the group.

The tour guide needs a better audio system. Most participants could not hear descriptions of historical sites because of poor audio. The gondola ride was magnificent.

The guide was very informative. The gondola rides was good and just the right amount of time. Would have preferred a headset tour or a way of hearing better. At times a lot of background noise so it was difficult to hear everything, but just being there was amazing. This was a great way to see a little of Venice without taking a lot of time. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of time on a tour or a lot of money on a private gondola ride. The gondola holds 6 people, which was just fine for our family of 4. Yes, it would have been great to have only our family, but then the price goes up. No gelato like the tour said.

The gondola ride is a must, but the rest was just walking around old plazas.

This was more of a back street tour of Venice and was really really fascinating. You learn a lot about how and why the town is what and where it is. The tour guide was really passionate and very interesting. The only thing that ruined this for us was that the guide never came back after our gondola ride, so we never got the ice cream or hot chocolate that was promised for the end of the tour! We all got off the gondolas and were standing there waiting for about 10 minutes before we realised that he wasn't returning. This really put a dampener on the tour as it started so well. It is worth it for the gondola if you really want to do a ride, as on your own these can be VERY expensive.
