The ice-cream stop was nice but lengthy, we were able just to see a handful number of places. But I still recommend it, the price is still a good deal for what it is. The tour guide was really friendly we could ask a lot of questions. Finally the group was too big, not always easy to hear the comments.

The tour did not have head phones and the guide spoke softly. It was a little disappointing as the group was larger than guaranteed.

We would have enjoyed more discussion of the history that surrounded points of interest in Venice, like St Mark's Square.

The tour was fine, but the gondola ride was disappointing. We did this tour on our honeymoon, and there were 6 people in the gondola. That would have been fine, except there were 2 groups of 2 seats together .I could have sat next to my new husband, but we ended up getting the two single seats not even near each other. The gondolier talked loudly with his counterparts, and the lead gondolier was on his cell phone the whole time. Had I at least been able to sit on the same end of the boat as my husband, I think this would have been different. Very disappointing.

Gondola ride was fantastic! However, when we got off from the gondola-end of this tour programme, every one in our group wondered whether the tour had finished or not, and our guide was nowhere to be seen. At least, it would have been nicer if we had been informed by our guide that his duty would be finished when we got on the gondola and he would be gone by the time we got back.

We were expecting some more history about Venice and maybe it was my misinterpretation, but I thought we were going into St Mark's, but we only met in the square. Our tour guide did tell us some interesting details, but I was expecting more information as we walked through the streets of Venice. Also the Gondola ride was disappointing, our Gondola guide did not talk at all to us, so it was a very quite ride and a bit disappointing.

The tour was not that interesting.

Tourists should be informed what will happen after the gondola ride. Will the guide be there or not? Most people were not sure.

Our tour guide was great. However, our gondolier was more interested in eating dinner than giving us a nice experience.

This is great if it's your first day in Venice, but not so good by the third day because you've most likely seen everything in the tour.

It was only worth it for the gondola ride. There were 56 people to one tour guide. At least half of us got lost on the walking tour. We couldn't hear much when we were with the group. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice but it seemed disorganized since they didn't know how many people to expect. Venice is not made for negotiating large groups through alleyways and narrow passages.

The tour had too many people in it, and I could not always hear the guide. Also, the gondola ride was a joke. Two out of six people had great seats. The other four were on the equivalent of a footstool for a half hour.

The trip was overbooked with so many people that we would not have been able to hear the guide. She only had a speaker on her chest and she had a very heavy accent, so it was hard to understand. Many people left the trip with the hopes of getting a refund because there were about one hundred people that showed up for the English tour, which was way too many. It was a rainy day, but we were able to get the Gondola ride in, although it was quite short. I still think that the trip was worth trying though.

It was not made clear that the gondola ride was shared with strangers.

This was not a Venice tour. It was mainly the gondola ride, which was great. We went to one church, which was also great. It was just the church and the gondola ride. If you want a more extensive tour, chose another one. The guide seemed in a hurry and was just trying to get his job done. He was not really interested in extra questions and seemed to have his own agenda about covering his religious opinions, which was kind of weird.
