The weather was awful but guides worked hard to keep every comfortable. Only negative was when we were departing Versailles the bus had moved and it was very difficult to find it a sign, was hidden behind shadowing on front bus window; we only found it by accident before it pulled away.
Loved this tour! Giverny is amazingly beautiful. Versailles was also beautiful in its own way. It was great to skip the lines at Versailles (there were huge lines to get in) and the tour guide was great!
My mother and I went on the Giverny/Versailles trip on her 70th birthday. We had a wonderful day. The sun shone. Monet's garden was out of this world. I've never heard such noisy frogs! Lunch was delicious. Versailles was overwhelming. You would need two days to see it all. Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgable and entertaining. I would highly recommend this trip.
The trip is not to be missed. I needed quiet time from the business of Paris and found it in the most beautiful place, Monet's garden in Giverny, more than I expected. Versailles is beautiful as well but not relaxing lots of people (masses). The tour guide was wonderful handled any problem with humor. Peter was a very nice person.
What a nice day! Giverny is as close to heaven as I may ever get...the restaurnat in th eold mill by the River Epte was picturesque...our guide helped me understand more about Marei Antionette and feel some appropriate sympathy for her...very enjoyable day!
This was hands down the BEST tour of my entire trip. Versailles was absolutely breathtaking and Giverny was jaw dropping. Monet's home and lilly pond was beyond expectation. The lunch at the old mill in between was delicious and and the scenery spectacular. If you can only do one tour this is it!

.Despite the most appealling weather, my daughter and I had the most wonderful day. We thought the whole trip was extremely well organised, the guides were very friendly and knowledgable and the restaurant chosen for our lunch was quite delightful. I was especially impressed with our vegetarian option, which I had requested but was not really expecting it to happen! I would thoroughly recommend this trip and company to fellow travellers. It was worth every penny!
We did not get picked up at our hotel as promised from the office and the driver that picked us up and dropped us off the day before for our dinner cruise and the mulin rouge show. We went on our own. We have to be refunded for this day trip. People at the travel office are very confused how everyting works. We have been told from viator also that only for the Louvre Museum we will not be picked up and for all the other events a driver will pick us up at the hotel and drop us of. That is actualy the purpose joining a travaling group not have to find out everyting on your own. Thats why we pay the price we pay, right. Please refund us our money. We did not go on this trip with you.
What a wonderful experience we had on our tour. Our tour guides were so knowledgeable and friendly. The whole day was beautifully orchestrated. From the tidbits of information along the way to things we would never have known about at both Versailles and Giverny. The lunch was a wonderful location and quite delicious. The bus was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Viator, and specifically this trip. We had the perfect balance of formal tour information with personal time to stroll, shop and enjoy both locations. Thank you for taking the difficult task of planning a trip to these locations out of my hands and making it so easy on my family and I. I look forward to contacting Viator again in the future and sending my friends and family their was as well.
It was a great day. The guide was enthusiastic and passionate about Versaille especially. The tour left on time and returned on time. I would use Viator again when booking a tour.
We had a marvelous time on this trip. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to spend plenty of time in each location and took home many wonderful memories!
