We had a fabulous evening aboard the tram. The waiter had the best sense of humour and added to the enjoyment of the evening. The food was first rate and like what could be expected in any top restaurant. I would definitely recommend this evening to my friends, and if I return to Melbourne, I will again travel on the dinner tram.

Very enjoyable from start to finish. The staff were delightful, the service outstanding and the food was excellent. We thought the tramcar was great value and a lovely way to see Melbourne in style.

Could not fault the experience. Food delicious and hot, no end of drinks. There was a party of ten people in our group and everyone raved about the night. All want to go again. Thank you to the exceptional staff who entertained us. Would certainly recommend the Colonial Tramcar Restaurant for a great night out.

It was my brother's 60th birthday and we had a wonderful afternoon - our party was a group of 6, so it was easy to converse with one another along the trip. The food was fantastic, the service was terrific, we had a terrific time and have recommended to all our friends.

This was just such a great experience! From the moment we boarded we were treated so well, and our glasses never emptied! The food was fantastic and the service brilliant! The beautiful restored tram was an absolute delight! We're recommending this to everyone we know and will definitely do it again next time we're in Melbourne. There was just one problem though.... we had to get off. Next time we'll do a dinner trip, and see Melbourne by night! I can't wait!

Read all reviews before booking and chose late evening session because of others comments. Glad we did. Food and beverages were excellent and we rated the experience very good value for money. Saw nothing of suburban Melbourne, only because we were so much enjoying the company of the couple with whom we shared our table.

This is definitely a must for all tourists and locals alike. We loved the great atmosphere. The wait staff were all incredibly friendly. The food was excellent and the desserts were just divine. Superb all around! It was worth every dollar and I would do it all again in a heartbeat, this is definitely not to be missed!
