Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the High-Speed Passenger Ferry Service From Seattle, Washington to Victoria, British Columbia. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
I would not class this as a tour. It was a way of getting to Canada. We had smooth sailing, the staff on board were pleasant and I would recommend this as a way to travel rather than fly
Our trip from Seattle to Victoria could have been better as far as scenery, rainy going over and already dark
coming back, but the lights of Seattle were pretty. Staff on board very attentive and ride was smooth going
and coming, would highly suggest the ride - round trip cost very reasonable.
Stormy weather canceled the Clipper, so the bus ride was OK to get me to Victoria. Weather is not in your control,so I believe the Ferry people did all they could to provide the service. I look forward to riding the Clipper in the near future, hopefully the weather will cooperate.
Nice ride, clean facilities. Did not appreciate them trying to sell additional tours.
Interesting trip, had fog, sunshine, and calm water to enjoy an experience as part of a vacation for four senior citizens from the Mid-West.
We found the trip excellent. The ferry was extremely comfortable and the services offered catered to everyones needs.
I would definitely recommend this trip. We were a group of 4 women from age 56 - 79.
This voyage is beautiful! Excellent service and very friendly staff! Very comfortable trip if you choose the seats in the middle of the boat. You can still see all of the beautiful water and scenery. The fact that they book by groups depending on when you purchased your ticket is great....if they would just enforce it! People were getting on the boat with the first boarding group who had later boarding assignments. The seats near the windows are small. Large people should not sit in window seats unless they can actually sit in the seats without encroaching into the seat next to them. Also, there were people boarding in the "special needs" group who walked as well as I do! Quit claiming to have special needs when you are simply fat!
Though the weather didn't clear up for either of our crossings we still enjoyed the experience very much. The service on the ship was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and we couldn't have asked for better assistance for anything. Thank you so much.
Perfect way for us to get to BC. Scenic route, on time departure and arrival, good amenities on board. We had pre-paid and had vouchers, yet the check-in and boarding process was somewhat confused. That said, we will make the same connection next time we go to western BC.

Lovely. Very enjoyable. Plane travel should be so luxurious. Staff was friendly and attentive. The time went by so fast and the crossing quite smooth. Thanks.
Our trip on the Victoria Clipper was excellent. We had pre-booked our tickets and check-in at Seattle was quick and simple, airport style. Our 3 pieces of luggage were checked in and we collected them on the dock in Victoria leaving us free to enjoy the smooth and beautiful cruise. Seats are comfortable and snacks are brought to your seat. Good value for money and time-saving.
