A platter for 2 of assorted global antipasto favourites including rice paper rolls, Tasmanian oysters, tiger prawns and curry chicken breast on a bed of mescaline lettuce.
Main Course:
- Sesame crusted breast of capon chicken with dressing of mint, coriander and ribbons of cucumber
- Victorian High Country fillet of beef with red onion jus and herb butter roulade
- Roasted Atlantic salmon on steamed Asian greens drizzled with a black bean and soy dressing

- Baked chocolate cheesecake with creme anglaise

- Unfortunately the vessel is not wheelchair accessible. However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the vessel on their own and if the wheelchair is collapsible. The staff are not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.
