The trip was very very good. The guide, driver and local guide were all excellent. We left Vienna as scheduled, morning pick-up was also on time! And return journey was also great.

Budapest was a beautiful city. I loved it. The travel guide was great. We got to see most parts of the city. The only negative thing that I can say about it is that I wish that we'd spent more time exploring the insides of some of the monuments instead of just getting an overall observation tour.

We would never have seen as much of Budapest as we did with them. Our guide was great, let us know ahead of time when pictures were coming up. The restaurant where we had lunch was nice. We had a nice meal, but it was suppose to be an authentic Hungarian meal. We were served french fries. They were good but authentic. Anyway that was our only small disappointment. Would highly recommend it.

This was a wonderful planned trip. The guides were great, friendly and very informative. The city is beautiful and the tour starts in Vienna and goes to Budapest. Did a city tour in both Budapest and still had lots of time to shop and walk around to various other sites. I loved it!

Excellent value for the money, but people taking this tour need to understand that it's 3 hours by bus each way chance to see the countryside. Budapest is a beautiful city, particularly the area by the Danube. This tour provides an overview of all key sites, but with about 2.5 hours for roaming around on one's own, which is easy to do. The easiest way to see Budapest from Vienna for those with a limited amount of time!

The tour was a bit frustrating in the beginning as sights were shown from the bus and we did not stop for photographs. We were taken to a specific restaurant and could not order what we wanted as there was not enough time for our order to be processed. To be taken to a shop to buy souvenirs was not what we wanted, but the rest of the tour was good. The tour guides had a good knowledge of the city and sights, and we were given an excellent overview.

This was a great tour, especially with the local tour guide in Budapest. The only issue was that there was no restroom on the bus, and there's a point of over two hours between stops. We did get stops, though, where we had the opportunity to wander about and see the sights 'off the bus'. The city was beautiful and the guides were well-informed. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Wonderful day trip with a good guide on the bus and an excellent guide as we toured Budapest.

We had only one day to explore Budapest and I think we covered the important parts. The guides were very nice and knowledgeable. Although I do think we could have gone to see parliament or the palace instead of having a real long lunch or having 2 hours to ourselves.

This was an outstanding day trip. The only problem we had was when we came back to Vienna. We were supposed to be dropped off at the Opera House and get our own transportation back to our hotel. But the tour guide stated that we would be taken back by shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle never arrived and after waiting 30 minutes we were told that we could take a cab. The tour guide said that there was some kind of agreement between the tour company, the taxi driver and our hotel that if we used the cab then the hotel would reimburse the driver and that the tour company would reimburse the hotel. As it turned out no such agreement existed with our hotel and thus were out of pocket 30 Euros for the cab ride.
