Absolutely loved it

Most beautiful city. The tour gave the opportunity to see the highlights of the city and hear all about its history. However it would have been useful to ensure that people knew how strenuous the walk through the city is as a few older people could not complete it.

Tour guide was very informative while travelling on the tour bus, which was very comfortable. The local guide was very informative. Found the old city center to be very pretty. My husband and I would not have done this on our own, this day trip made it every easy to do. Totally enjoyed it.

Praha is a beautiful ancient city. Transit time is long 7.15-noon 4.15-9pm on bus up to an extra hour for hotel pick up time required vs. total 4 hours in Prague, but for a quick trip it is well worth it. In hindsight I should have stayed in Prague and day-tripped from there as Praha by night would be a doubly good experience. Guides were excellent, great historical background knowledge.

Visiting Prague from Vienna is a must-do, but our time spent there was too short. We did not have time to really shop and had barely enough time to get something to eat on the run. We only managed some time for browsing the main streets. This tour should leave for Prague earlier.

This tour probably approaches the outer limit for a "day trip" as it involves about 4.5 hours of bus travel each way for about 3.5 to 4 hours of actual time in Prague. That said, this trip is definitely worth doing for anyone on a limited time budget. The scenery in the Czech Republic is quite pleasant, which makes the drive seem shorter. There is a very good walking tour of the main highlights of the city, and then free time to explore on one's own. Prague is a gem, and this tour is a very feasible way to see it from Vienna. Definitely recommended.

The tour was very good, though the tour guide wasn't very interested in conversation as we were walking through Prague.

It was OK, but could have been better

Our city guide spoke very fast, was hard to understand, and seemed oblivious to the fact that it was raining, windy, and cold and he had us standing in the middle of the Charles Bridge. The city was beautiful, our guide for the bus ride to and from was great, but the city guide could have been a lot better.

Prague is a beautiful city, but the bus ride was very long. Eleven or twelve hours on a bus for four hours in the city is too much in one day. The bus should be equipped with a restroom on board. Our tour guide on the bus was great. Our tour guide in the city was difficult to hear. It would have been better to have headsets so we could actually hear what he was saying. He often he began talking before the whole group was present. One lady failed to return on time, which caused the bus to leave thirty minutes later than planned. Traffic out of the city was terrible, causing more of a delay. It was a very long ride home.

It was advertised that the bus ride would be 3 hrs each way, it was really 5 hrs each way. Need more time on our own to tour the city.

The drive to Prague and back takes a long time, about eleven hours, which only leaves four hours for sightseeing in Prague. The tour guide in Prague didn't have a lot information to share.

This tour was OK, but went too fast.

The guide was great but the bus ride, most of the roads are not freeway type roads, made the trip very long. So long, in fact, that all the time we had in Prague for free time was 90 minutes. There is no way you can see much in 90 minutes. Prague is such a beautiful city that I was very disappointed that we did not get to see very much.
