Outstanding event and evening which is highly recommended! Need clarification on ticket pick up arrangements, but worked out after some looking.

We enjoyed the Palace and the Dinner very much. The concert was exceptional. The two soloists had wonderful voices and the orchestra was very good.

It was a good evening, but I think I was expecting a bit more. We were not really inside the palce but in some of the rooms on the gronds of the palce. The restaurant was in one location and then we had to walk all the way to get to the concert. The food was good, but the soup did not meet up to my expectations. It was an expensive evening and I am not sure if we really got value for our money. We had to leave our jackets at a counter and then still had to pay to leave then their! The concert was good and enjoyable.

The concert and dinner was first class. But it would be better to be able to collect tickets at the restaurant. It was pouring with rain and you have to walk a long way from the Palace to the ticket office at the Orangerie, back to the Palace for dinner, and then back down the streeet for the concert. We were exhausted before it started. You should have check in at the restaurant for Viator customers. Otherwise, a memorable evening, first class and the food was delicious!

Very hot the day of the Concert no air conditioning in either the resturante or concert hall. It was very difficult to find where we were to eat dinner there should be more choices for dinner instead of one. The concert was nice

We got our tickets from the box office in the Orangerie, then had quite a walk in snow along the road to the restaurant in the Palace. This turned out to be mediocre, a lukewarm tomato soup (no choice), vegetable strudel (we do not eat meat) and then apple strudel (again no choice of pudding). Drinks and even coffee were extra! Not good value and not candlelit.
We then had to put on our hats, gloves, coats, etc. and trudge back to the Orangerie for the concert, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
This could have been better organised with dinner in a venue much closer to the concert. If I had known the distance to be walked from dinner to the concert I would certainly not have booked it. So unfortunately it did not measure up to our expectations, for my 70th birthday celebration!

I'm giving the event 3 stars purely on the quality of the musicians and performers which was great. I was disappointed with the instructions from the information office on where the dinner was to take place. We wandered around the palace area for 30 minutes or so looking for the dinner location, only to find it in a well-hidden corner of the palace orangerie with no signs or indications that it was the right place. The dinner quality itself was marginal at best, what I would expect in a low cost cafeteria, flavorless beef and potatoes and some soggy vegetables. The room where the concert took place was not a good venue, 200+ people packed into a banquet hall where visibility was terrible and the room was stiflingly hot. You really had to suffer a bit to enjoy some quality music.

The performance was in a lobby-like hall, not a room as glorious as you imagined.

The dinner was in a back room and felt like going to a high school prom with ALL the festivities at the high school. The symphony orchestra was comprised of 6 musicians. I wad very disappointed and wanted to ask where all the musicians, shown on the cover of the brochure, were hiding.
