An absolute "must". The beauty of the palace together with the quality and variety of the concert made it a magic evening. Of course, the fact that the concert that day has been moved to the Palace added charm to the whole program. Dinner was also very pleasant. Bravo!

Having previously seen the DVD Andre Rieu at Schonbrunn, we had this as a must-see. The palace and grounds are unbelievable, but you really need at least 2-3 hours to see it all. The dinner and concert were as we expected. Good food and a great concert. Would go back to Schonbrunn if we ever return to Vienna.

Besides the Schonbrunn Palace being an absolutely beautiful place, a must-see in Vienna, the tour was very good. We appreciated the electronic hand held guide in our own language so we could go at our own pace. The dinner was delicious and the service was superb, both of the food and by the staff. The concert was more than we anticipated due not only to the fine musicians but to the acting of the vocalists and the ballet dancers. It was truly a memorable evening. Thank you!

I had the best time ever!! This was my favorite activity during our stay in Vienna. The Schonbrunn Palace is absolutely beautiful!! We decided to spend the whole day there. The Palace self-tour was very informative and we got to see many rooms. The audio guide was easy to use. I prefer it to a tour guide because you can go at your own pace and spend as much or little time as you want in a room. My only gripe was that I wished the rooms were better ventilated. It felt rather stuffy in there after a while. Otherwise, it was a great learning experience. The dinner at the Residenz Cafe was delicious, fancy, and just the right amount of food for me. The service was excellent and prompt. Just note that the 3 course meal is included but any beverages that you may order, you will have to pay for. I loved the smoked salmon appetizer! Yum.
The concert was the best!! We sat in Category A so we were up in the 4th row. The musical selection was well balanced between Mozart and Strauss. We had 2 delightful opera singers, and a cute dance couple, who took the stage during a few of the pieces. I enjoyed the concert very much!! Oh, and I loved clapping to the Radetsky March - one of my faves. The concert would not be complete without that and the famous Blue Danube. It was so much fun!
You MUST do this tour if you're planning a trip to Vienna!! I think it is absolutely necessary!! If you're thinking about going to a concert but not sure which one, pick this one!! You will not be disappointed!!!
Lived up to our expectations. Everything was great.

We had VIP tickets, which were well worth the cost. We got a leisurely tour of the palace, with ample time for browsing the gift shop, and a wonderful three-course meal in a room filled with chandeliers. We also got front row center seats for the show, including champagne served during intermission. The best part: no waiting.

A marvelous musical journey into the golden age of Mozart and Strauss, not to mention being entertained in the summer palace of the Hapsburgs!

It was a very enjoyable evening, but I thought it was too short. Dinner was good, but I was disappointed we had to pay for our glass of wine.

The tour of some 40 palace rooms with audio guide was very interesting. We gave ourselves enough time to stroll the extensive grounds before the tour - a pleasant experience in itself. The meal was good. The concert was not as good as expected as the acoustics were a bit suspect and the singers were overpowered by the orchestra at times.

We missed the tour before the dinner because it was not clear where to pick up the tickets. By the time we found the place, it was too late.

Self-guided tour was good for inside the place; took about 90 minutes sans the garden, which was huge and beautiful and free. There is 1 hour break between the schloss' closing time and dinner. The dinner could have been better. The Orangery concert - eh, better off with the Oper Musikverein.
