Excellent trip! Instructions on picking up tickets etc were perfect. We spent a large part of the day in and around the Palace which was lovely. The dinner was very nice and the gluten free meal ordered was no problem. The concert was great. All in all a fab day and enjoyed by us all.
We enjoyed everything about this day. The visit to the palace and grounds was very good. The meal was quite good and the concert was excellent

We collected our tickets for all 3 parts of the excursion from the orangery 2 hours before it closed (at 4.30pm). The palace grand tour was awesome; the rooms were furbished some 300 years ago but were wonderfully preserved and maintained. The audio handset covering all 35 rooms proved so informative and interesting, everywhere so steeped in history. We then took in the Christmas markets outside in the palace grounds before having wonderful hot chocolate in the tea rooms. The 3 course meal in the restaurant was well served and tasty, good value for money. The evening then led onto the Concert in the Orangery. The most wonderful musicians playing Mozart and Strauss, joined by 2 opera singers and ballet dancers. Truly great performances, only slightly marred by the intense heat in the hall, requiring the external doors to be thrown open in the interval. Overall great value for money.
Wonderful experience. Beautiful palace. Cozy restorant. Entertaining concert.
Absolutely fabulous. The meal was excellent, and front row at the Concert made the evening special
I have booked 7 different airport & train stations transfers to & from my hotels in 4 European capitols. In addition, also booked an evening dinner & concert in Vienna. As a former tour operator myself for 38 years all I can say is: "Thank You VIATOR for a job well done!". I did not have to wait or look for any of the drivers in the various airports, stations or hotels. They were all waiting with a proper sign bearing my name, very presentable, very friendly and helpful. The cars were all top notch and clean. I highly recommend your services and will use them again in the future. Thank you!
Very enjoyable and worth it to the end.
Absoutely wonderful.. I would recommend this for anyone visiting Vienna.

We had a great time! The palace is worth visiting. Very good concert. The dinner was good too!
Absolutely excellent . Self guided tour with audio handset very interesting wish all history was so well put over. Meal was very good only comment was that coffee was rather overpriced. Show was excellent with good selection of pieces and singers and orchestra very professional . Very well organised. Venue easy to get to by underground and quicker back than getting a taxi

The Concert was amazing and we could have stayed another hour. Enjoyed very much. The dinner was very good and probably better than we had expected. However, the tour.....we could not find the Orangery and when we finally did we were told to walk back to the Palace for the tour so we did walk back only to be told that it was now closed. We were very disappointed about that and the closing time should have been made plainer on the information we were given.

Again, a wonderful evening. The tafelspitz was not as good as we had at Pachuka I missed the creamed spinach and the bone marrow soup, but the overall evening was quite special. Communications about starting time of tour were a little unclear. Still, we were very happy.
