On time, met on arrival, luggage taken to car and straight to the hotel. Excellent English. Don't mess around with taxis in the future!

We were not sure whether our flight was running as there had been many cancellations, due to freezing fog at Heathrow! However, we were picked up on time & on arrival at the airport our driver went in to check on our flight for us. If our flight was not taking off our driver was quite happy to take us back to the hotel! Marvelous service!

Wonderful service. When the driver picked us up from the airport to take us to our hotel he gave us a little mini tour of Vienna on the way.

Absolutely brilliant service. Our driver carried our bags to car and the took us directly to the hotel. It was well worth the money for this fantastic service which avoids the hassle of taxies and was no more expensive.

Great driver, gave us a running commentary of sights from airport to hotel. We didn't need to get brochures of best attractions, he gave it to us all. This guy is worth his weight in gold to Eurotours.

Driver was late, we were in in terminal pick up area and anxiously looking for a driver with a name card without success however, he arrived within 5 minutes. Following that, the balance of the service was excellent driver courteous and efficient he apologised profusely for the late arrival.

A very worthwhile experience. No hassles at all, eliminated the stress of arriving in a strange city and not knowing where to go. Our driver was very efficient but did not speak to us at all! Could have been a little friendlier. Would definitely use again.

The only problem was that the first thing the driver said to us was "I thought you only had one person" when I clearly had made a reservation and had a voucher stating that there were two people to pick up. Other than that, it was fine.

Driver met us upon arrival with our name on a board - easy to find. He spoke very good English, and escorted us right away to a nice, brand new Mercedes Benz! He provided nice commentary along the way to our hotel.
