Excellent. You'll be greeted by a person holding an A4 paper with your name on it and hotel. Really easy and no problems at all. Would book again.

We waited about 15 or 20 minutes for the vehicle to arrive, but once it did, the driver was pleasant and took us to our hotel. He told us about the city as we drove to the hotel. I would use this service again.

We had problems with our flight getting in on time, but we contacted the operator and the rescheduled the pick up with no problems. I would use this service again.

We were not greeted at the airport as arranged, however once we reported to the desk we were able to meet our driver. We were then taken to the wrong hotel.

The private pickup I car I hired was not at the airport when I arrived. When I called the company, they had asked me to call back so that they can arrange for a driver. When a driver finally arrived, he didn't help with the luggage. Not worth the price and hassle. I will never use this company again.

We were kept waiting at the airport. The driver talked on the phone or read paperwork during the drive to the hotel.
