We had to wait but actually we did not see the driver holding the sign with our last name, once he got there he was very polite and he took us to the hotel. While he was driving he was explaining the places we were passing by and a bit of history. Very informative. Very polite and professional. For the price and distance! we would do it again.

I received a private BMW transfer instead of a shared transfer so very pleased about that. I had my name on aboard so easy to locate transfer and driver was friendly.
very pleased with this transfer. Easy to recognise my driver. Was delighted to find that I was the only passenger and had a very comfortable, clean BMW all to myself. The driver was extremely courteous and spoke very good English. We chatted all the way to the hotel. Would certainly use this service again.

This is a fantastic service. The driver was waiting for me with my name on a sign . Even though I paid a shared transfer, there was one car for myself. It is not as expensive if you have to move on to the the UBahn with your luggage. The transit time is the same.If you come from a long air trip very tired, the Vienna Airport arrival transfer is for you.
The driver was professional, on time and delivered me to the hotel in less than half an hour. One of the easiest airport-to-hotel shuttles I have experienced. Highly recommended.
