Driver was on time but did not speak English. That made it difficult for me.

Only way to go, I told my friends about Viator, they hadn't heard about the service.

Was excellent and although I booked a shared transfer, I was actually the only one being transported, and it was a sedan and not a mini-bus. The only comment was that the information on the confirmation of which desk to go to was incorrect. I was sent to another desk company at the other side, although there was actually a driver with my name card waiting for me as an arriving passenger.

Our flight was an hour late and I had lost luggage, but the driver met us outside the airport. He drove safely and helped us to our hotel. This transfer is an excellent service and I would use it again.

After flight delays, we were thrilled to see our name being held up when we got to Vienna. He did not speak English, though and that was a problem, but we made it to the hotel OK anyway.

We arrived expecting to be sharing a taxi or van. Instead we had a classy car with a chauffeur awaiting us. He was a very friendly person and pointed out some of the sights on the way to the hotel.

Airport transfers were definitely worth doing. We could have taken public transportation from the airport but being strangers in the city we were a little reluctant to do so. This made everything so easy.

To be fair, my flight was 1 and a half hours late but there was a man holding up a sign with my name but before I could speak to him, he had dashed back to the main desk and then was given another customer. If I had not seen the sign, I never would have known which counter to approach as the names were not the same. I then had to wait 20 minutes before a taxi took me to my hotel. Not a good experience.

Transfer was OK but the driver was grumpy. He dropped us off far from our hotel because it was on a one way street. He didn't help with the baggage either at the airport or the hotel.

The driver was 20 minutes late, but it didn't affect getting to the airport on time.
