The driver was right there to meet me. While I paid for a shared ride, no one else was in the car. It was a great service, and I would use it again. It was also cheaper than the hotel arranged service.

I have just returned from Vienna and was extremely impressed with Viator. A driver was waiting for me at the airport with a sign, and I was promptly whisked off to the hotel in a private car. I was picked up punctually for the return journey, again in a private car. Out of interest I checked out the price of a shared shuttle bus to the airport, and the price listed in my hotel was 29 euros approx 45. So prebooking with Viator was much cheaper, and was tremendous value for the superior service they provide. I cannot recommend them more highly, and will definitely use them again.

After being on an airplane for 10 hours, I didn't want to deal with public transportation in a country where I didn't speak the language. The driver was waiting for me after I picked up my luggage and took me straight to my hotel. I will definitely use this service again!

Using Viator to book my Vienna airport transfer was a great decision. The price for the transfer was much lower than other competitors. Also, the shuttle driver was waiting for me as soon as I arrived in the main terminal of the Vienna airport, and he got me to my hotel promptly. I would definitely use Viator again for my travel needs.
