Such a relief since we had to be picked up at our hotel at 4:15 AM to catch our flight - although our driver didn't speak one word of English. It wasn't a problem, but the info said it would be an English speaking driver.

Because my flight was scheduled to depart at 7am, I was a little bit anxious about getting to the airport on time. The shuttle came to pick me up at 5am, right on time and the drive to the airport was very pleasant. I loved it.

The driver only on this occasion of all my Vienna transfers was good. He spoke to me and ensured I was at the right area of the terminal for my flight. He was actually 15 minutes early and helped with my luggage.

It was nice not having to worry about renting a car and then driving after an overnight flight. We were greeted when we came through customs and taken to the van.

Excellent. Driver arrived 10 minutes early for the pick up and even though it was booked as a shared departure transfer, I was the only passenger and it was a sedan car and not a mini-bus.
