Great stops on the tour. Frequent pick up and drop offs. Great to get your bearings around Vienna and good info on what you are seeing from the bus.

We only had 36 hours in Vienna, and the hop on, hop off bus was the best way to see the city and all the sights.

We had a 3 hour tour with a great guide with only a few stops. An excellent introduction to Vienna. In our view, having the guided tour was a better option that the usual hop on hop off tour.

It was fine. Would have been better on a non-rainy day, but that's not Viator's fault. The bus driver had to change his route because of preparations for the European Cup - not a problem, although the map we had didn't match where he went.

We had already had a tour of the old part of Vienna as an excursion. However, we did the modern part of the city with the hop on hop off bus and also went to Schonbrunn Palace for 2 hours. We would have loved to do Belvedere too, but we did not have time. The hop on hop off bus was an ideal way of seeing the city. We were also very impressed with the representative at the Opera House who helped us decide the best way to spend the 3 hours we had available. Thanks very much.

Great overview of the city's attractions. This was very helpful in finding areas of interest to revisit during our stay. The only minor problem is finding the actual stop to catch the bus. We did not know the area on our first-time visit, and it was not clear exactly where the stops were located. Also I was told the bus ran every half hour, but that was only for attractions in the main town area. For attractions further out, the bus ran every hour and a half to two hours only. It would have been helpful to have access to the current bus schedule once we booked so we could plan ahead more in advance. Otherwise, it's definitely worth taking to get general info on attractions and see the city and its sights.

These hop on hop off buses are always a great way of seeing a city.

It went to all of the right places and you had enough time to cover the sites until the next bus came. The three individuals that took care of the customers were more concerned about fighting amongst themselves as to who was going to help the customers than actually providing any help. The female in the group seem to be the only one trying to assist the customers while the two guys were just amongst themselves. That did not come through as very professional.

This is good if you have plenty of time to hop on and off; however, it repeats other tours, and you will need to spend more than a day visiting some of the wonderful sites. However, it does provide a good idea of where things are located.

With three loops and 14 stops, at all of the main sights, as well as courteous staff, this is the best way to see Vienna's sights.
