Every time the bus hit a bump or pothole or made sudden movements, the audio guide switched from English to German. Also, the different colored routes were confusing.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion about how and when the buses were to pick up those who signed up. The communication was extremely inadequate. Very little said and gave the impression they were bothered by us.

This service did not work well and whilst the principle idea is good, the staff need more training and needs to have information available. I have to say however that the tour company dealt with our complaint very well and responded positively, nice to find a company that takes responsibility for their actions.

Buses do not leave every stop on the hour every hour as the voucher states. We were dumped at Schonnbrunn Palace for 2 hours and 40 minutes before we could get another bus into Vienna city.

Though the tour was to cover 14 locations, our group only got to see half. Apparently you had to transfer to another bus for the other route. When requesting assistance from the employees, we received very little useful information and missed the bus twice.

The tour was extremely crowded and at stops they couldn't pick up people because there were no seats left. Also, coming once an hour is not good.

This tour did not run on time, nor was the operator able to address the problems to my satisfaction. I ended up using public transit.
