Petra was great. She had a lot of good knowledge about past and present.
Great tour. The palace was beautiful and really enjoyed having apple strudel at the restaurant. It was soo good as well as the coffee. The atmosphere at the restaurant was truly a great experience.
would do it again.
Definitivamente volveremos a Viena, una ciudad culta y replete de historias, nuestro guia hizo un gran esfuerzo para hacer el tour en aleman y espanol, pero fue genial
The tour was outstanding. Our guide was Jennifer, her explanations were to the point and she has great enthusiasm . She has indepth knowledge of Austrian history. That is why I highly recommend her.
This was a great tour. We road in air conditioned buses and had a very humorous guide. The palace was beAutiful!
This was an excellent tour and the tour guide was full of information. She took us thru all the best rooms at the Palace and knew everything about the city. She answered individual questions and suggested a restaurant that became our favorite lunch place in the five days we spent in Vienna. Unfortunately I do not remember our guides name but she was very interesting and informative and made our trip very easy. My husband and I had certain things we wanted to do and see while in Vienna and she spent time with us explaining how to get places, best times to go, etc. great tour and tour guide!
The tour was very informative and hit the important things I wanted to see. Judith, our tour operator was very knowledgeable and was fluent in English and German. I highly recommend this tour.
The tour guide was excellent. She spoke slowly enough and with sufficient detail. She did not overload us with dates and too much information.
It was very interesting and provided a great overview of the city.
I would thoroughly recommend this as a good way to get an introduction to Vienna. I was only there for 2 days but I am glad that I did this tour on the first day. There was a lot to see and you only get a small amount of time at each grand building but I was able to return later to the places where I wanted to spend more time. Hotel pick up worked well - right on time. The Schonbrunn palace tour was also good and we had a bit of free time to visit the christmas market and the museum shop. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.
My family and I enjoyed the tour. Very friendly guide, tour was comprehensive and informative.
The castle was beautiful - a must see.I only wish I had found out our tour guides name. She was a petite woman who gave the tour in both English and French. In a word, terrific. She was knowledgeable, funny and we just loved the whole tour. A real pro. When we got back to the drop off point she spent a lot of time answering more questions and even helping us all figure out how to get the most out the rest of our day. We loved this tour!
Nice tour and worthwile when in Vienna, especially to get a head start in the beautiful city of Wien.

Good for skim looking! Schonbrunn Palace guide tour was really good.
This was a great tour with an excellent guide. Her intimate knowledge of historical events and of the city and its landmarks kept us entertained throughout the duration. Her professionalism and dedication were readily apparent. The tour provided us with a detailed overview of the city and palace. Would definitely recommend.
Lazlo, our guide was excellent! We moved at a comfortable pace and received individual attention to our questions . The "strudle stop" was especially enjoyable (and delicious). In spite of next-day festival preparations at Heroes Square and crowds at the castle venue which was set up with festival vendors, it actually presented additional photo ops for our group. The two underground transport legs gave us comfort to use the system later. Lazlo's "language lessons" were also helpful, as was his historical viewpoint, having lived under communism and learning Russian in school to age twelve, followed by English after the velvet revolution. A great way to acclimate one's self to Badapest.
