This was a great tour with plenty of information and an excellent guide. It's a quick way to view the highlights of Vienna.

I enjoyed the tour very much. The tour director was quite charming.

The guide was great, spoke good English, added humor and gave us time to see the sites.

A very interesting tour. We had a great guide who gave us lots of interesting explanations. Though there was not enough time to have a look at the beautiful grounds around the Palace once the tour was over.

This tour was very good.

Beautiful palace and the group tour was a good option as the lines to purchase tickets individually were very long. The large crowds made it difficult to hear our tour guide so we tried to stick close.

Viator states that there is an option to be dropped off at the Belvedere Palace on the way back and from there it is a 10-minute walk back to the Opera House. We were told by the guide that there is no such option, that we would have to walk 10 minutes to the Belvedere Palace and then another 10 minutes from there to the Opera House. Otherwise, it was nice to be picked up on time. More time is needed at the gardens.

Overall, the tour was OK. A bit too many people for me. And too quick through the areas of the palace that we visited. Our tour guide was on a mission...no time for questions, just keep moving. Also, for purchase of a book, CD, etc.--hard sell on the bus. And only accepted cash.

Instructions to the start location are very poor; it maybe only 200 meters from subway stop, but in what direction?

My wife and I are both tour guides. We found the guide seldom smiled and seemed bored. Also, after being on a bus for almost two hours, we were asked to wait by the ticket office at the castle when there were washrooms around the corner that many of us could have used. We should have been offered a washroom break at this stage.

The palace tour was great and the guide was good, but the city tour was lacking. I would recommend taking tram 1 instead, at least you can stop and take pictures.

Not enough stops.

The tour was conducted in two languages which was distracting and also felt like I was only getting hlaf of the tour I paid for because that's how much of the information was given in English. The city tour is not very in depth and mainly involves the buildings along the drive to Shonbrunn Palace. The Palace itself is quite empty inside in terms of furniture, however, there's some good art installations and the gardens are quite nice. I would probably forgo the expense of the tour and just visit Schonbrunn on my own using their multi-language audio guides - a much better value.

While the tour of the inside of the Schonbrunn Palace was fine, the city tour was not far different from riding the tram on the Ring 1 and 2 lines. I do appreciate it that you arranged for three people in our party whose planes were late to take the tour at a late date!

Too much time lost in picking up people, waiting to get into the palace, waiting to gather everybody after the visit to the palace. 70 or so Euros for two is a bit too well paid for such a short trip of which the only cost is the bus seat and the entrance to the palace. Compliments to the guide, kind and professional. Again, a pity, I believe you could offer more in the time frame promised . Improvement please!
