This tour should be called 'Schonbrunn Palace'. Two of the three hours are spent at the palace and only thirty minutes or so is with the actual guide. The rest of the time is in the bus with a quick scan of the magnificent buildings along the Ring Strasse. Our tour guide for this particular tour was absolutely awful; she was cold, rushed, and did not even crack a smile. The company that handles this tour is very disorganized. They pick up guests at various hotels and stops and bring them to a central loading area where they basically expect you to find the bus for your tour specific language bus or completely different tour. Our guide's English was also very difficult to understand, especially as she connected English and German without pausing. What a waste of money!
