Good tour covering all major places in Vienna. However, Belvedere Palace should have been included.

The tour should visit some local sights, as the city sights become rather meaningless. The palace tour was excellent, and some more time to visit the gardens would improve the visit.

The visit to the magnificent Schonbrunn Palace is the unquestionable highlight of this tour. I would give it 4 stars based on that alone, but the tour's overall impact is mitigated by the absence of any other notable stop. I would suggest expanding this to a full-day tour that also includes a tour of the Hofburg Palace, or at a minimum the Imperial Apartments, and the Burgtheater and Rathaus to enable a more comprehensive appreciation of this great city. By the way, the guide was excellent, spoke impeccable English in a soft Austrian accent, and was very well informed.

Good overview tour covering the history of the place. Air conditioning on the bus, when combined with a good guide, really made the experience enjoyable.

The guide was great, spoke good English, added humor and gave us time to see the sites.

A very interesting tour. We had a great guide who gave us lots of interesting explanations. Though there was not enough time to have a look at the beautiful grounds around the Palace once the tour was over.

This tour was very good.

Beautiful palace and the group tour was a good option as the lines to purchase tickets individually were very long. The large crowds made it difficult to hear our tour guide so we tried to stick close.

The tour director kept switching from English to German and then Spanish, so we feel we lost a lot of information. The worst part was that the tour director mentioned absolutely no cameras at the palace--we had to leave them on the bus--and it turns out that we could use the cameras in the garden and other portions of the tour. We were quite disappointed. Next time we will try to book a tour solely in English.

Stop elsewhere than Schonbrunn would make it better. As it is, they allotted like 40 minutes to wonder the grounds of Schonbrunn before touring some rooms inside. Maybe it would have been better in the summer, the gardens would have looked nicer.
