With three loops and 14 stops, at all of the main sights, as well as courteous staff, this is the best way to see Vienna's sights.

Excellent way to initially see the beautiful city of Vienna!

The audio commentary was very informative. Plus this is a great way to rest your feet and still see the sights when you are exhausted from walking for hours on end.

This tour is completely worth taking. The open top buses afford a good look at the sights of city. I would have liked a few more photo stops, but the commentary was enjoyable and the staff pleasant and informative.

Best way to see the city quickly and efficiently! The guides were very helpful and multi-lingual.

This tour provides a good sense of where the main attractions are, then it is easy to choose where to go having done the complete tour. The afternoon tours are hot because there is no air conditioning.

This was a bit of a disappointment. They didn't explain that the hop on hop off trip is actually three different lines. Therefore when it arrived back at base we assumed that we could just sit on the bus and it would run from 1 - 13 stops. They just told us to get off the bus without explanation that we would need a different line to go somewhere else. If this had been made obvious we would have planned our destinations a bit better.
The worst part however was when we couldn't find the bus stop as we had decided to walk between the stops and the time came and went for the pickup so we decided to go to a stop that we could find. According to the schedule the bus was due to pick up at this stop at 6.35pm. At 7pm I rang to find out where the bus was and they informed me that the last run had been canceled! Thus we were at the extreme end of the run and had to catch a taxi back into the city. Not real happy about that at all. There was no apology. I suggest that instead you get a day or week pass on the underground and find out where the sites you want to see are and just go do them. It is cheaper and faster.
This was okay; we thought it covered a bigger area, but it was a good way to get a preview of the city. Our first driver was unfriendly to say the least, others were more helpful.

Could have had more commentary, and the buses did not run often enough to hop on and off.

Every time the bus hit a bump or pothole or made sudden movements, the audio guide switched from English to German. Also, the different colored routes were confusing.

Having pre-purchased the 'locals' weren't willing to provide information on bus times, etc.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion about how and when the buses were to pick up those who signed up. The communication was extremely inadequate. Very little said and gave the impression they were bothered by us.
