The best experience ever. The dinner was excellent and the concert was amazing. I went with my husband for our wedding anniversary and it was an amazing experience
Wonderful concert and dinner was exceptional. Would recommend both.
I highly recommend this experience, and the gourmet dinner at the Hotel Bristol would have been worth it alone. We were surrounded by people with cameras throughout the performance and that was somewhat distracting and made it difficult to see. The theatre is beautiful and the performance is definitely worth the money even in the less expensive seats.
The concert was very pleasant. Dinner was good also. Value was very good.
Excellent Food and atmosphere at the hotel Bristol! Great performance from the musicians! Must do!
musicians were incredibly good and played with zeal and a lot of energy
Restaurant was elegant, service was superb and food was delicious. The concert was very entertaining and enjoyable. The ensemble sounded like a much larger orchestra. Although the sightlines in Musicverein were not ideal, the sound was amazing!
A wonderful evening! Dinner at 6.30pm at the Bristol Hotel - only 3-4 mins away from the Musikverein - was delicious and when we arrived at the concert hall we were delighted to find our seats were right in the front row of the balcony so we had an excellent view. We wholly recommend this trip to music (and food) lovers
Dinner was superb, and the performance contained both excellence and showmanship. A memorable experience!
The overall experience was great, so I do recommended this tour. Dinner was at a 5 star hotel restaurant and we were provided with the ticket concerts and vouchers for free CD's. Eat before you come to the restaurant though. Food is interesting but not enough. the chef likes potatoe purees..... so you will have plenty of those. Not my favorite though...
The concert hall was 5 minutes away from the restaurant. They close the entrance doors right before the concert so you better be on time. It was full!!! Plenty of people from Asia who didn't follow the dress code..... jeans, snickers, cold weather jackets....You can leave your jacket at the entrance for 50 euro cents.
The concert was wonderful!!!! The orchestra and the singers did a great job.
The tickets for this concert were also sold on the streets.
I enjoyed it overall!
This tour is definitely one that should not be missed. The dinner at The Bristol was excellent and the dining room quite splendid all adding to the experience.
The concert, whilst not in the great hall but in a similar but smaller hall within the Musikverein, was also excellent with a good standard of operatic and orchestral performance marred only by some of the orchestra looking as though they would rather be elsewhere. This took the edge off it a bit and is a result of sitting close to the front so maybe its better to go for less prestigious seating.
This said I would still recommend a visit
The restaurant experience was great- we were treated like royalty.
The concert was most enjoyable in a fabulous setting( The Golden Hall) at the Musikverein.
Bathroom facilities for ladies were inadequate. Some ladies were nearly too late for the 2nd half of the show as they threatened to close the doors.
The dinner was wonderful, service at the restaurant terrific and the walk to Musikverein just fine. However, the seats for the concert were terrible. They should not sell those seats. We could not see the orchestra and we were behind a huge pillar. Our seats were Balkon Mitte, Reihe 3, Sitz 1 and Sitz 2. We did enjoy the music but it would have been a great evening if we could have at least seen the musicians.
The dinner was wonderful and the concert was fun.
Musikverein is beautiful as is all of Vienna.
The food portions were small. Main course yuk! Treat yourself to dinner elsewhere.
Dinner was wonderful at the Bristol hotel. A map should have been included to show to get the concert hall. The music was extraordinary and the hall itself was beautiful. One suggestion - the house lights were not dimes during the performance - so everyone sitting in the balcony had he chandeliers right in their line of sight - which was not pleasant during an 1 1/2 hour concert
Dinner was good and so was concert. Only problem was that the hall was tooo warm for confort.
